An intense scent describes the profile of this variety of Arabica coffee. The intense and wrapping aroma anticipates the velvety fullness of its body that gives an authentic tactile delight to the palate. Bitterness and sourness are balanced and enriched by a marked chocolate note.

This single origin coffee is a selection of the highest grade beans prepared for Illy with zero defects, processed via the semi-washed method.
