At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your equipment isn't the perfect blend for your kitchen, our 30-day return policy ensures a smooth and transparent exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all machines are thoroughly drained of water and cleaned, then pack the item securely in its original double-boxed packaging including all manuals and accessories.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
